The Extra Virgin Olive Oil that we produce is a blend of 4 different cultivars namely Leccino, Frantoio, Mission and Corationa which is hand picked at optimal ripeness.

The taste of our extra virgin olive oil has a distinctive flavour of fresh herbaceous and fruity notes with hints of apple and artichoke and a rich mouthfeel which is well balanced with a tingling pepper and a pleasant bitterness.

Lamara offer private olive oil tastings by appointment and we are looking forward to share the fragrance and taste experience of our award winning Extra virgin olive oil.
